Pay Per Call System
This is part 2 of the the live lead distribution article. In my last blog post I talked about how our call distribution system can help you distribute calls, track call sources, and give your clients a great user interface. In this post I’ll cover Admin Features, Lead Distribution efficiency, Media/Lead Generation planning tools, Handling lead returns and credits, Managing client balances, Lead Profile settings, Bidding Price Model or Fixed Pricing Model, and the private label options we provide.
As a administrator of the system you have many tools at your disposal to manage clients. You can easily add clients with a simple sign up form, you can add or debit their balance with one click, and you can view, edit, or delete their lead profiles (preference for leads) in real-time.
There are 3 reports that help you manage distribution efficiency, marketing planning, & client management.
The first is the lead que report. This report will tell you which clients are in line to get leads for each lead type, state, and time of day. This is great if you need to check and see if you have clients accepting calls at different times of day and how many. Obviously your media planning will benefit from knowing your prime hours by state.
Secondly, the orphan call report. This report will tell you if any calls didnt get distributed to a client. This can happened because of time of day, day of the week, state, or just too many leads are coming in. If leads/calls are falling though the cracks this report will tell you about it. You can specify any default orphan call number that all will get transferred too.
The third is the state demand report. This shows you by states how many clients are accepting leads in each. You can also check for each type of lead and different times of day. This is a great tool for media or lead generation planning because it tells you where you need to generate calls to maximize profit and minimize wasted leads/calls.
Also the admin has a master call report which shows all the calls coming through the system. You can query by date range to see calls for a specific day or week. You can also ‘credit’ leads which means you refund the client for a bad lead or call and it crosses out the lead so the client knows it was refunded.
A lead profile is where either you or your customer chooses where, when, and what type of leads they want. You as the admin can choose whether to allow clients to edit these settings so if you plan marketing around their settings, clients can change them at the last minute leaving you holding the bag with expensive advertising.
Pricing Bidding & Fixed Prices
You can choose whether to let your clients bid their price up and down or work on a fixed price model. If you allow clients to bid they will be able to change their price per call (you can set the minimum price) and they will also see competitive bids on their client dashboard (like google adwords). If you prefer to use a fixed pricing model you can set the price and your clients cannot change the price or see competitive bids.
You and your clients will access the system via a white labeled generic website URL. Once your clients login they will see your company logo, company name, and your companies payment/contact information. No hardware to buy and no private labeling fee, its plug and play.
