Press 1 Campaign Main Tab
This is the main tab of a press 1 campaign. These should be the default settings unless you are an advanced user.
Type
Set type to Press One Live Voice. (answering machine optional)
Local Start & End Time
Open these to legal calling times8:00 – 21:00. (8am – 9pm)
Ani Main & Ani Alt
This is your caller ID, it should be set to two different state’s numbers to avoid intrastate dialing fees.
Add to DNC digit
Set a digit so phone call recipient can opt out of future calls.
Scrubbing
Check to scrub from the United States DNC, your DNC or wireless DNC. (if you’re unsure check these how we did)
Record Trx
Optionally record press 1 calls by checking here.

Press 1 Campaign Voice Files Tab
This is the voice files tab, the only thing you would need here for a press 1 campaign is a live person voice file. The voicemail voice file is for answering machine messages which is optional.

This is the options tab of a press 1 campaign. These should be the default settings unless you are an advanced user.
Press Through Digit
Set the transfer digit here. (usually 1)
Agent Phone#
This is the number you want transfers sent to.
Agent Start & End Time
Open these to legal calling times 8:00 – 21:00.
Agent Timezone
This is the timezone of the agent you are transferring to.
Call Transfer Type
Leave this set to supervised unless advised otherwise. Usually when having connection issues.
Detect Media
Set this unchecked unless advised otherwise. Everything in this bottom portion should be set as shown here.
