Voice Broadcasting Message Only Campaign Default Settings

Message Only Campaign Main Tab
This is the main tab of a message only campaign. These should be the default settings unless you are an advanced user.
Type
Set type to Message for Answering Machine or Message for Live Voice (both are optional)
Local Start & End Time
Open these to legal calling times8:00 – 21:00. (8am – 9pm)
Ani Main & Ani Alt
This is your caller ID, it should be set to two different state’s numbers to avoid intrastate dialing fees.
Add to DNC digit
Only set a digit so the phone call recipient can opt out of future calls if you are playing a message for live persons.
Scrubbing
Check to scrub from the United States DNC, your DNC or wireless DNC. (if you’re unsure check these how we did)

This is the voice files tab, the only thing you would need here for a message campaign is a voicemail voice file or a live person voice file. (Both are optional)

That’s It!
A message only campaign does not have an options tab because there are no live agents.
