Maybe you are wondering how this is different from voice broadcasting, predictive dialing does not play an outgoing message that encourages someone to “press 1” to connect to anyone. As soon as the recipient answers the call, the agent begins to speak. There are a few reasons why it is important that you have as much information as possible for predictive dialing. Avoiding any uncomfortable information gathering situations and/or possibly make the call a little more difficult by not being prepared.

The system is easy to use and has many features. When an agent logs into a predictive account, it keeps records of the actions taken from each call. For example, instead of writing down every note on who to call back, which client you left a message with, or who to follow up with.
