Don't worry... Predictive Dialers work on any phone system

A predictive dialing system offers the ability to dial many numbers with ease. The old fashioned way of dialing every number only to find out the number is busy, disconnected, or a wrong number are long gone. With a single mouse click you can dial phone number after phone number instantly, which speeds up the process of running the numbers. This optimizes the work flow and cuts out wasted time from dialing.

Call Ratios (approx)

  • 40%-50% answering machines
  • 20%-30% live persons
  • 20%-30% other

One great thing about a predictive system is that you can upload a phone list into the dialer and display any kind of information you have about that number. Some will have a few items such as phone number, first name, last name and possibly an address. Others will have more data, which not only prepares the salesman with his pitch but also shows the prospect he is thorough and knows who he is calling. This will greatly depend on the source of the phone lists you acquire. Be it an opt-in list or a list purchased from a list provider, each predictive dialing system has its own minimums, which will need to be met in order for the system to operate properly.
