A recent feature we added is inbound call caller ID spoofing. This allows you to set specific numbers for calls coming into your call center or business for calls coming from specific tracking phone numbers.

For example you can set calls from your TV advertising to ring in as “555-555-5555″ and the calls from your direct mail advertising as “888-888-8888″ this way you can ID the call source before you answer.

This feature also comes in handy if you are using our hunt group, automatic call distribution, follow me calling, or multi ring feature. This will prevent multiple sales people from calling back a caller who they think they missed that another sales rep already got. This is especially effective with multi ring which can ring all  your sales people at the same time and who ever answers first gets the call.
