We are not a reseller. We are a Tier 1 service provider.

Our Systems are based on a new telephony platform known as Freeswitch. This new technology gives us the
ability to bring new features to the marketplace. Our system backbone consists of a powerful server cluster
behind a powerful firewall all connected to the telephone world via a direct fibre optic connection. This means
you get the benefits of VoIP with carrier grade quality.

Our systems and SIP (session initiation protocol) backbone are located in the world-class One Wilshire building.
This is the telecommunications hub of the Pacific Rim and home to almost every major carrier in the World.

Our SIP trunking provider is a Tier One Local and LD Provider. With dozens of Sansay Vsx switches they
dominate the marketplace as the highest quality SIP provider around. Their switch site is also backed up by a
mirrored location in New York City.
