Hunt Groups

Distribute calls evenly to multiple phone numbers when someone calls your call tracking numbers. You can set the amount of time between skips or disable skipping altogether.

Multi line Ring

Multi-ring allows you to ring multiple phone numbers at once when a call comes in. Who ever answers the phone first gets the call. This is a great feature for sales floors.

SMS/Email Alerts

Received text message (sms) alerts on your cell phone or email alerts when you received a call on a certain phone number. You can also set it to alert you for just short calls.

Toll Free Numbers

We have 800, 888, 877, 866, and 855 toll free numbers available for instant provisioning in the customer dashboard. 800 numbers cost $29 to purchase from us.

Local Numbers

We have local phone numbers in most US area codes. We can provision most area codes instantly online. Some area codes have to be provisioned manually by our support staff. Local numbers have a $3 one time setup fee. $10 for cetain tier 2 area codes.

Virtual Voice Mail

Busy or out of the office? Send callers to voicemail after a certain amount of time or at certain hours of the day. Access voice mails online or have them emailed to you. Custom greetings can be recorded over the phone.

Caller ID Masking

Set a specific caller that that will be displayed in your office when a call comes from a certain number.. Works great with multi-ring when sending calls to multiple sales people to prevent multiple call backs.

Call Whisper Answer Confirmation

Answer confirmation prompts the person answering the call to press 1 before the call is connected to them. This prevents office/cell voice mails from answering.

Website Click to Call Widget

Add a simple piece of code to your website to feature a small click to call button for your website visitors to use. When they enter their number into it the system calls them then calls you.

After hours options

Set afterhours options such as an alternate transfer number, a answering service forward number, or a afterhours virtual voicemail.

Real-time call logs

Detailed call logs of each call that has come in. Displays caller id, date, time, name/address if available (add on), duration, state, disposition (set manually), and call recording. Filter for unique calls, date range, and call duration. Also export to excel.

Premium Acxiom name/address append

Ping the Acxiom database to get name and address information on each caller id. This is a premium service add that costs 10 cents for a successful query & 2 cents for no result pings. No Charge for repeat callers.

Private Labeling

Need to offer call tracking to your clients? We allow you to private label our service with your logo on a generic domain that we operate.

Sub Accounts

Assign accounts that clients or employees can log into that display data for only specific tracking numbers in your account.

Keyword Call Tracking for SEO and PPC (BETA)

Dynamic Number insertion (BETA)

**BETA** Use a small piece of code to dynamically insert phone numbers based on data passed through to your web server in either the query string or the referring URL's query string.

True 800 Numbers

True 800 numbers are no longer available in the national toll free number pool (sms database) but we obtain 800 toll free numbers from private sources and offer them to you at $29 each.

Call Log Dispisitions

Manually set call dispositions in your call log to better manage call flow. You can also take notes in the call log for each call. Request custom dispositions from support.

Need a vanity number? We can look up vanity numbers for free. If you want to get a vanity toll free number that we find its only $15 one time fee. ** Get your 855 vanity numbers fast!

Number Porting

Port numbers to our service from most carriers. $15 for local numbers and $5 for toll free numbers. You can also port numbers away from our service if you decide to leave.
